well we got back from texas on friday the 13th it was fun and interesting! we stayed at brocks aunts house in houston which was an hour away from where we will be moving in pasadena. so we had a long drive every day to look for the school and apartments. it was crazy they have a lot of toll roads and their freeway system is crazy! way too many phsyco semi drivers. any ways pasadena is a very cute small town. we found an apartment to live in for 6 months while we look for a house and it is only 5 min away from the school so he can ride his scooter yay! and the apartment is huge and gorgeous. it is very green and pretty in texas and we cannot wait to move there! brocks interview went great and he is accepted! yay and they said that since his gpa was so high they didn't really need to interview him lol.

getting ready

well this week we are trying really hard to get ready to go to Texas this weekend. we have to get all of brock recommendation letters, essay and shot record sent to the school before we arrive! yikes we are pushing it close and i have been setting up appointments with realators in the area for that whole week from online pics and stuff so far the housing looks promising! you get alot of house for your money there so i am excited. so far all the housing in the range we wanna spend, like 100k, is about 4 bedrooms 2-3 bathrooms a mother inlaw house or a pool and really nice backyard complete with a kids jungle gym! so i hope it all goes well! we leave on sunday! yay!! ry is looking forward to staying with grandma johansen for the week and well i am hoping that maddox does well on the trip! i think he will he is a very sweet little boy. but seriously i have no idea how we are going to get all our luggage to the check in with just four arms lol we will have a stroller a car seat and a porta crib an 1-2 suit cases! lol and a baby!! ha ha ha man this should be interesting lol

giggles

so it was so cut this Monday Maddox giggled for the first time! and i wasn't even doing anything funny just talking to him so cute. rian is acting like she is going through her terrible two's ha ha ha she has ruined my couch by coloring on it with a pen and then she got a blue crayon and colored on the walls yay! and she is constantly getting in to the trash can and playing with the trash gross!!! we finally got rid of the cat so i am excited that cat was the devil ha ha ha... and i am so glad to have it gone our house seems more peaceful... hmm ... weird right?

show low

so we went to Winslow today or what some of you know as show low area. i had a dentist appointment with my uncle and i was sure that i had at least two cavities cause my teeth are sensitive. anyways we did a very thorough check up and x rays and turns out that i am cavity free! well i have a small one in the enamel of one tooth but he says as long as i brush floss and mouthwash with florid then it id reversible! and to sue sensodine to make it less sensitive so i am so excited cause i have never in my life walked out of a dentist without at least one filling so i am supper happy thx David!

baseball

So Brock has joined a mesa city league baseball team they play every Monday night and it is so fun to watch him having fun like he is in high school again. lol and rian loves to watch her dad when she gets the chance. his team is doing fairly good and he is loving it. We have family pictures tomorrow and my good friend Jo is taking them she is an amazing photographer and i am so excited!!! thx jo! I just hope my kids cooperate lol. if not ... eh at least we tried right lol. I will post some when I get em ok!

grades

so brock got his grades back from school and guess what!! he got 4 a's and one B!! isnt that awesome! so this semester he got a 3.750 GPA we are so happy for him now we are looking forward to this summer and visiting texas in june! love you all.

growing up

so we had the kids weighed and stuff they are both doing well and are healthy we think rian is getting two more teeth up in top yay! and maddox has gained 3 lbs this month! he now weighs 11 lbs and 14 oz! he is like 22 some odd inches and the dr says he is prob going to be really tall which is awesome!!

schools over!

so guess what! Brock finished the last of his classes yesterday! and he has passed every class we are so proud of him! he has been working so hard and it is paying off. he is such a smart man lol. Maddox is so big now we have an appointment with his dr. today to get him weighed and measured. he smiles and coos alot now and loves to stare at his daddy. rian is getting very very smart! now we can ask her to go and get something and bring it to us and she will. she is even starting to clean up her own messes! the other day she tried to clean the house by putting every thing she saw in the trash. she gets an A for effort ha ha ha. yesterday i was sitting on the floor burping Maddox and rian was siting next to me and Maddox was facing her. well he burped right in her face even her hair moved in th e"breeze". she stopped what she was doing and stared at Maddox as if to "say dude! what the heck!" and instead said "icky!" then you could see the wheels turning in her head as she plotted her retaliation. Then with out warning she coughed right in his face then turned happy with her come back and continued to play with her toys. ha ha ha is was so funny! all i have to say that Maddox better watch out in the future if he ever really does something to make her mad cause she will get him ha ha ha...
